User Content

By submitting text prompts, images, and other content ("User Content") to ImgGen for our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to access, use, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, and store this User Content solely to provide the ImgGen services including image generation, upscaling, restoration, and other image processing features. You declare you have rights to submit all User Content for processing.

Payments & Renewals

ImgGen offers both free and premium subscription plans. The free plan includes limited features and usage allowances, while premium plans (Pro and Plus) provide additional features, higher usage limits, and enhanced capabilities. Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual). All renewal and subscription payments are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with our services. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels with a valid reason. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate our terms or show evidence of abuse. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure and plan features with appropriate notice.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through our services or by other means. Termination

Users violating laws or any of these Terms of Use may have their access to ImgGen terminated. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of our Services without notice. Users agree we will not be liable for any termination or suspension of access or discontinuation of Services.

ImgGen provides all services including image generation, upscaling, restoration, background removal, and other AI-powered features "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim any accountability for errors, omissions, loss of data or other harm arising from use of our Services.
